One Case of Pectus Excavatum with Cardiac Manifestations

Abstract

|
|
One case of pectus excavatum with straight back is presented with brief review. Twenty two year old male was admitted to Seoul National University Hospital with exertional dyspnea and systolic ejection murmurs at the 6th intercostal space along the left sternal border. Various laboratory studies confirmed that these cardiac manifestations were due to pectus excavatum with straight back, not organic heart disease.
